Shipping & Delivery
U.S. orders over $80 ship for FREE! Orders below $80 ship for $4.95.
Standard shipping is USPS (United States Postal Service).
UPS Ground service is $12 on all orders, free on orders over $300.
Orders are shipped USPS Mail or UPS Ground based on your choice during checkout.
- USPS Mail delivers in 1-3 business days but is not guaranteed. Orders to non-contiguous states may be longer.
- Orders shipped UPS Ground take 1-5 business days depending on how close you are to us in Texas.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 days and most within 24 hours. Orders are shipped every day except Sunday and major holidays.
- During peak times and sales we may get behind on filling orders. If we get beyond a 48 hour period we try to keep you updated by posting a shipping update on our view cart page.
- If your order is urgent please let us know and we will get right on it. Also, please keep in mind that if you order a yard of 25 different fabrics your order may take a wee bit more time than if you order a charm pack!
- We can only change or combine orders if notified within 1 hour of the original order. Orders start to get processed and filled often within minutes regardless of time or day placed.
- We cannot combine pre-orders with regular store orders.
- **Downloadable patterns and membership/pre-order fees are not included in shipping calculations.
Canada orders over $200 ship for FREE!
Under $20 can be shipped for $8.
Under $50 can be shipped for $13.
Up to $100 is $20. Between $100 and $200 is $40

UPS Worldwide Express
- Orders cannot be combined.
- Orders over $300 must ship in a box.
- Disclaimer: We have had repeated issues shipping to a few countries and have been forced to adopt a "ship at your own risk" policy for these countries: South Africa, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Oman, India, Namibia, Pakistan, Falkland Islands, and United Arab Emirates. We will not be able to reliably track or reship your package if it is not delivered and will not provide refunds or credits for lost orders.
- If you need it a little faster this is your a little faster option.
- 1 business day to Canada, 2 to Europe and 2 or 3 to Asia/Australia/Other. However, orders can be delayed in customs (see notes about customs below).
- Costs vary based on your order and location and will be shown during checkout. Packages are fully trackable and insured, plus, delivery is guaranteed. Note that UPS is not an option to Russia or China.
- Fair warning!! Larger orders shipped this method often get more scrutiny from some countries and customs fees are more likely. Again, see notes about customs below.
- We recommend choosing this option for the assurance it provides, especially for time sensitive, important or larger orders.
Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country. All prices are in US dollars. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences
Returns & Exchanges
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied! We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process.
If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace, reship or refund if we’re not notified within those first 30 days.
Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Refunds on shipping charges for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.
All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.
Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty: please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
